How’s everyone’s week going? We have Fair Holiday (for a fair that was cancelled, but I am NOT complaining!) so this was technically my Friday. I don’t know why, but shortened weeks always go by so much slower for me. Anyone else?? Must be the anticipation of the three day weekend.

Before moving into this weekend’s sessions, I have to take a minute to talk about this senior. Braydon is one of my senior reps this year so this was our second session together (you can check out his pictures from our group shoot over the summer here). More importantly, he was in my first class of students. At our session the only thing he could remember about my class was that I read a note out loud that he was trying to pass. Yikes! Don’t get me wrong, I know he loves me just as much as I love him, but man that made me feel a little bad. He’d probably be happy to know that I don’t read notes out loud to the class anymore (at least not the FIRST time they’re passed) but I most definitely still read them. 🙂

Our session in Downtown Baton Rouge started off pretty traditional, and then I was pushed to try something new. I love having Senior Reps for this exact reason! I love being able to try new things with people I already know. We ended in an abandoned parking garage with the spotlight on Braydon’s Scion. I was a little anxious and I learned a million lessons in those minutes, but it was so much fun! Here’s a few of  my favorites.

 

I can’t wait to try this again! And I can’t wait to think of something else to test my limits at Braydon’s next session!
